Floramancer – Major Update

Earlier this month, Floramancer was launched for PC users on Steam, the developer Joe Sullivan announced the new major update after the initial launch. The new patch notes include difficulty options, flower/spell luck and also dozens of quality fixes. Having received the launch’s feedback from the audience, Brookwood Games proceeds with the anticipated update.

Difficulty options additions

A variety of difficulty options have been added to the game, enhancing the player experience based on the preferences the Cozy mode focuses on enemies having less health, moving slightly lower and also increasing the maximum health of the player. Players can feel the change when experiencing the cosy mode since the music stays calm even when the enemies appear on the screen.

On the other hand, Floramancer has now a Hardcore mode that makes the whole experience even more challenging. Enemies have more health and move faster making them overpowered. Players do start with less max health and there are no free seeds and fruit spawning.

A Game of Strategy and Magic

Furthermore, a flower that produces a spell, doubling the amount of resources players get for a short time has been added to the game. It is called Luck Flower since it boosts the whole experience and allows players to enjoy those buffs.

Floramancer’s new update includes several fixes to the quality of the game, optimizing significantly the performance. Do not forget that the game is available on Steam for 5,89€.
