Mei is a ranged Tank hero from the Overwatch universe. She has a lot of skills in her arsenal that can somehow apply CC to the enemy team – be it slow or stun effects. And despite the low damage of her abilities, this is compensated for by her ability to survive in team-fight thanks to skills that restore health and give a temporary shield.

Snow Blind is a great tool for peeling your teammates or slowing enemy heroes whenever you want to engage on.
Blizzard applies a stacking Slow to enemies in a big area and stuns them when it ends. This ability will serve as an excellent follow-up control in your team.
Icing is very useful for engaging or escaping. This ability will also help keep enemies in the right place, for example, within Blizzard radius or away from your ranged teammates.
Avalanche puts every enemy Hero hit in Stasis while the snowball is rolling and then Stuns them when it breaks at the end. The snowball will go through impassable terrain and can be used to spread the enemy team.
Ice Wall is a great skill to cut off dangerous enemies from your team, or to catch one of them, blocking his escape route.
