Honkai: Star Rail Ruan Mei Build

Ruan Mei is a highly effective support character capable of buffing the entire party’s Damage, Speed, and Break Efficiency. Ruan Mei also has the ability to delay an enemy’s recovery after applying Weakness Break and deals some extra damage. She’s a great universal support character that can provide party buffs and crowd control capabilities.

Light Cones

Light Cones are items equipable by characters to boost their Base HP, Base ATK, and Base DEF and grant a passive ability to characters whose path matches that of the Light Cone.

All Light Cones have a rarity ranging between 3-star to 5-star, and Light Cones with a higher rarity have higher base stats.

Light Cones can be obtained by, but are not limited to, completing quests, completing reward milestones, opening chests, and Warps.

Relics

Relics are items that can be equipped with characters. Relics provide additional stats, but not limited to, HP, Speed, Attack, and Defense to the equipped character. All Relics give extra boosts when paired with their counterparts, called a “set”.
