Lunar Revel 2022 Tokens are the rewards that you get for completing Lunar Revel 2022 Missions. For completing different rewards you get different amounts of tokens. You can see how to get Lunar Revel 2022 Tokens in the guide we published. But don’t forget about the changes to the missions system in LoL.
As for the rewards that you can obtain in exchange for Lunar Revel 2022 Tokens. You can spend them in the Event Shop which will work from January 26, 2022, till March 7, 2022. But missions will end on February 28, 2022, so you need to collect as many Lunar Revel tokens as you can before 28th February. After that, you will be able to spend them until 7th March.

fOR 300 tokens do you get only the chroma or also the skin?
A kaleidoscope of new chromas arrive in the Store and the Event Shop starting January 26 at 1:00 PM PT. Solo, all chromas coming out for this release cost 290 RP. Note that the rare Golden Tiger Chromas can only be purchased through the Event Shop, whereas the Ruby Chromas are exclusive to each champions' Chroma Set bundle.
