Diablo 2 Resurrected is now live and every player can enjoy the old-school world of classical RPG called Diablo 2. A public game in Diablo 2 Resurrected online features can be created from a lobby. Enter the lobby and click create a game. After that, you will need to fill in all the lines yourself.
As you can see you can adjust the difficulty level, number of players and the level difference between you and other players. This game can be open for all players that meet the requirements if you don’t use the password. In such a case, you will see that other players connect and disconnect from your game at their will. But if you want to play with your friends or members of your discord channel, whatever. You’ll need to create a password. After that, players that know both the name and the password of the game will be able to join it.
If you want to play Diablo 2 Resurrected online with your friends or other players you are not ought to create a game, you can simply join the existing one. If any of your BattleNet friends play Diablo 2 Resurrected in an online game that allows you to join it you will see it in the lobby and join it. Also, you can click on the lobby button to find a game that suits you most.
When you click on “Join Game” in the tabs menu you will see the list of games that you can enter. Find that one that suits your current desires and click join. There you will see other players. If you want to join a particular game you will need to enter the game name and password in the fields above the list. If everything is right you will be able to join the game.
It is worth noting that in all Diablo 2 Resurrected online and public games loot is one for everyone. It means that if you play with random players they might pick up some good items faster than you.
