Diablo 3 Firebird’s Finery Flame Blades Wizard Build

Firebird’s Finery set has been revamped with the release of patch 2.7.0, which boosts it up significantly. Now, when casting Disintegrate, players will receive stacks of Combustion, which will not only increase the damage done to the target, but also reduce the damage taken, and, more importantly, the Teleport cooldown. This allowed us to create a very strong Wizard build that has high damage and mobility. Clearing high levels of Greater Rifts is now much easier!
