Diablo 3 Tal Rasha’s Elements Meteor Wizard Build

Tal Rasha’s Elements, one of the well-known sets of Diablo games, received a long-awaited buff in the new Season 27 (unfortunately not as good as expected). But at the same time, the Meteor spell received a significant buff, which increased the overall damage of this build. High AoE damage, fun and easy gameplay with fast clear speed. However, this build is significantly inferior to others in terms of protection, therefore it is a classic example of the Glass Cannon Wizard.
