At the end of 2019 we meet the final changes in League of Legends Patch 9.24b. Later we wrote about the changes that hit LoL in Patch 9.24. Now we will tell you about additional fixes to make the game more balanced and less bugged.
As usual, many champions faced changes. Those changes bring more balance to Summoners Rift! And as for players, we should all read and learn them to do our best in League of Legends. Read further about all the changes.
The following champions have been buffed: Alistar, Ezreal, Garen, Gnar and Graves.
Alistar. Now he has more opportunities to sustain on the lane. Main stats changes:
Health 573.36 ⇒ 575
Attack damage 61.1116 ⇒ 62
Attack damage growth 3.62 ⇒ 3.75
Ezreal. Now gets more chances to poke better!
Q: Mystic Shot
Damage ratio 1.1 attack damage ⇒ 1.2 attack damage
Garen gets now even more damage from spinning.
E: Judgment
Spin damage 4/8/12/16/20 (+0-6.6 based on level) (+0.32-0.4 attack damage) ⇒ 4/8/12/16/20 (+0-8.2 based on level) (+0.32-0.4 attack damage)
Gnar gets changes in damage from his Q and W. Those are as follows:
Q damage ratio 1.2 total attack damage ⇒ 1.4 total attack damage
W base damage 25/45/65/85/105 ⇒ 25/55/85/115/145
And last but not the least.
Graves. This champion got some minimal changes in cooldown of his E – Quickdraw.
Cooldown 18/17/16/15/14 seconds ⇒ 16/15/14/13/12 seconds
And the following champions have been nerfed: Aphelios, Heimerdinger and Shaco.
Aphelios. Such things usually happen to many new champions as developers cannot predict all the ways players will play a champion. So the main basic changes that hit Aphelios:
Ability: Calibrum, the Sniper Rifle
Marked damage ratio 0.4 bonus attack damage ⇒ 0.3 bonus attack damage
Ultimate: Moonlight Vigil
Infernum Empowered damage ration 0.4 bonus attack damage ⇒ 0.3 bonus attack damage
Infernum empowered explosion radius 500 range ⇒ 400 range
Heimerdinger. Due to his brilliant but unbalanced performance on the lane gets the followings changes:
W: Hextech Micro-Rockets
Base damage: 60/90/120/150/180 (108/162/216/270/324 total) ⇒ 50/80/110/140/170 (90/144/198/252/306 total)
Empowered E: CH-3X Lightning Grenade
Damage 150/250/350 (+0.75 ability power) ⇒ 100/200/300 (+0.6 ability power)
And of course, our favourite clown.
Shaco. Due to his overpowering performance in any possible role, Shaco faces a decrease in his damage and flatten of abilities cost.
E: Two-Shiv Poison
Damage 70-170 (+0.8 bonus attack damage) (+0.6 ability power) ⇒ 70-170 (+0.7 bonus attack damage) (+0.55 ability power)
Cost 50/55/60/65/70 mana ⇒ 65 mana
Also, there are more changes in the League of Legends Patch 9.24b. Mainly they influenced Drakes and Elder Dragon. Actually you should learn the whole description of Dragons’ changes here. As one of the most important parts of the gameplay, they deserve all your attention.
Besides, you may notice that Lethality works a bit different now. That’s because of the changes we write further:
Serrated dirk attack damage 25 ⇒ 30
Edge of night attack damage 50 ⇒ 55
It means that all Lethality users now can show their best in the matches.
