Path of Exile: Siege of the Atlas Voidstones

Among many changes that occur in Path of Exile in 3.17, you will also see a new system for raising the tier of the maps. This can be done by using Voidstones instead of Watchstones that will be removed from the game. Read more about Path of Exile: Siege of the Atlas Voidstones below.

In Path of Exile: Siege of the Atlas end-game content, namely the Atlas and maps, has been completely changed. Regions were removed, some maps were returned to the atlas, and hidden maps became available from the very beginning. Also, Watchstones that were previously used to upgrade map tiers in regions are now removed from the game. But this does not mean that now there is no way to level up a map to tier 14+.

Siege of the Atlas has added a new item type to the game that enhances the Atlas. This is a Voidstone, a special item that can be inserted into special slots in the Atlas (located in the central part at the very bottom) to raise the level (tier) of all cards at the same time. They, like Watchstones, can use Sextants, which will now affect the entire Atlas and not a separate region.

The main difference of Voidstones is their number and method of obtaining. There are four of them in total, and to get each of them you need to put some effort. They will be given to players for killing some of the hardest bosses in the game – Uber Elder, The Maven, The Eater of Worlds and The Searing Exarch.

How to get Voidstones?

So to get any of the mentioned below Voidstones you need to kill the relevant end-game bosses (Uber Elder, The Maven, The Eater of Worlds and The Searing Exarch). Two of them are from previous leagues and the other two are new Atlas bosses that will appear in PoE 3.17 – Seige of the Atlas.

Decayed Voidstone (The Elder fed on all that gave life meaning until it encountered an unbreakable bond)
Ceremonial Voidstone (The Maven knew nothing of mercy until she herself need it)
Grasping Voidstone (The Tangle could free itself if it could ever find a single moment of harmony)
Omniscient Voidstone (The Cleansing Fire could learn without destruction had it but an iota of patience)
