Starting from Friendly you will unlock reputation rewards from the Honor Hold faction. You can buy them from Quartermaster Logistics Officer Ulrike at the Honor Hold in Hellfire Peninsula. At first, you will get restoring consumables and some recipes: Dried Mushroom Rations, Footman’s Waterskin, Pattern: Felstalker Belt, Formula: Enchant Bracer – Superior Healing, Design: Enduring Deep Peridot.

When you reach Honored you will unlock more recipes and a lot of blue rarity items: Recipe: Transmute Skyfire Diamond, Recipe: Elixir of Major Agility, Pattern: Felstalker Breastplate, Pattern: Felstalker Bracers, Pattern: Cobrahide Leg Armor, Crusader’s Ornamented Spaulders, Crusader’s Scaled Gauntlets, Dragonhide Robe, Dreadweave Robe, Evoker’s Silk Amice, Footman’s Longsword, Kodohide Spaulders, Mooncloth Vestment, Opportunist’s Leather Gloves, Sage’s Band, Satin Hood, Savage Plate Helm, Seer’s Linked Helm, Seer’s Mail Armor, Seer’s Ringmail Gloves, Stalker’s Chain Gauntlets, Wyrmhide Gloves.

At Revered you’ll unlock keys to Heroic Hellfire Citadel dungeons and find some new recipes and items: Design: Dawnstone Crab, Formula: Enchant Chest – Exceptional Stats, Ring of Convalescence, Hellforged Halberd.

The best recipes and epic items you’ll see when you become Exalted with Honor faction: Formula: Enchant Cloak – Subtlety, Pattern: Nethercobra Leg Armor, Plans: Felsteel Shield Spike, Honor Hold Tabard, Blade of the Archmage, Honor’s Call, Veteran’s Musket.

How to gain reputation with Honor Hold faction?

Honor Hold reputation is gained through various means in Hellfire Peninsula. Mobs in and around Hellfire Citadel reward Honor Hold reputation, as well as quests, picked up in town. Mobs in Hellfire Ramparts and The Blood Furnace will award reputation through friendly on normal difficulties. The Shattered Halls, a higher level zone that requires level 68 and above, rewards reputation until exalted.
