As you know in PoE 3.13 Echoes of the Atlas and Ritual league will implement a lot of changes to gameplay. That’s the main reason why all Ascendency classes had some changes. You will see that it is difficult to foresee the best build for 3.13 league but we can give you a hint for starting builds to farm what you need for the endgame build.
