There are several days left before the new league starts. The name for Poe 3.14 patch is Ultimatum League and you will see new mechanics, uniques, spells, system rewards reworks and more. We will make a brief preview of the upcoming implementations here.

Path of Exile 3.14 Ultimatum Challenge league starts on April 16 for PC users and on April 21 for console players. You will see new way of getting loot and get the opportunity to try not only your luck, but also to comprehend the chapels of your greed.

Attempt the trials of Chaos. You will see Trialmaster who will open the first encounter of your choice. After you defeat it you will see the loot that you can get or you can choose to risk it all and enter the next encounter, which will be harder but will give you more and better loot. That’s how the ultimatum works, you get it all or you die, the loop is enormous would you dare to see the last of it?

In the endgame, Inscribed Ultimatums indicate an offering you must bring to the Trialmaster’s Domain. If you’re able to succeed at the inscribed challenge, the Trialmaster will reward you with an item of a roughly double value. But if you fail, you forfeit the offering that you put on the line. Inscribed Ultimatums come with a challenging assortment of Ultimatum difficulty modifiers and can be traded to other players.

Items and spells that Ultimatum League brings

As the difficulty of the Trialmaster’s encounters escalates, so too do the rewards. In addition to some of Path of Exile’s most valuable items, you might be offered new Ultimatum-exclusive Unique items. We’ve designed this league to be very compatible with party play – each player gets their own rewards, can vote on difficulty modifiers and can choose whether they want to risk the next round or not.

Path of Exile 3.14 Ultimatum Challenge Rewards List

You can get more rewards in Vaal reliquary. The Vaal Reliquary Key can drop from anywhere in Path of Exile and opens a portal to the Vaal Reliquary. This ancient vault contains a chest with a special foil version of a Vaal-themed Unique item, dropped with equal weighting. Due to the value and power level of the items contained within, this is the rarest Reliquary Key ever added to Path of Exile.

As for the skills and spells. This time everything depends on blood and life. There are eight new Skill and Support gems that are themed around the concept of blood: sacrificing life for power. These gems open up even more possibilities for characters built around staying on low life, the threshold for which has been increased to 50%.
