In World of Warcraft Burning Crusade Classic, you cannot enter any dungeon easily because some of them need special keys to unlock them. In this post, you will learn more about WoW Burning Crusade Classic Hellfire Citadel Attunements including How to Enter Shattered Halls Heroic Mode in Burning Crusade Classic.
There are fifteen dungeons in WoW Burning Crusade classic all of them can be grouped by location. We have designed the table where you can clearly see the names of TBC dungeons, the areas of their location, which faction these dungeons are associated with and the names of the keys you need to get to the heroic of these dungeons.

We have already written all guides about each faction reputation farming process, which you can check via the links in the table above. And further we will tell you more about Dungeon attunements in TBC classic and how to unlock the required keys.
It is important to note that the level ranges below are for dungeons on Normal mode. All dungeons on Heroic difficulty require and are meant for level 70s.
You will see below dungeons attunements grouped by area of location, but within its group, we will put them from the lowest required level to the highest.
In the middle of the Hellfire Peninsula, there is a stronghold called Hellfire Citadel. There you’ll find three entrances to three different dungeons:
All of them have different requirements to enter. If we are talking about Normal difficulty dungeons in Hellfire Citadel all you need is to have the minimum required level to enter. But Heroic dungeons unlock when you get attuned to enter them. We will tell you more about each of the attunements below.
Hellfire Ramparts, sometimes called just “Ramps” or “Ramparts”, is one of four instances in Hellfire Citadel of Hellfire Peninsula. There are three boss encounters: Watchkeeper Gargolmar, Omor the Unscarred & Nazan + Vazruden, the recommended levels for Normal Difficulty are 59-67, and the associated factions are Honor Hold/Thrallmar.

You will find the entrance to Hellfire Ramparts in Hellfire Citadel which is to the left out of the other three dungeons in there. As for the Attunement, your character needs to be at least level 58 to enter Normal Hellfire Ramparts (if you find the way to get there on level 55, you can enter it as well, but you will give no use to the party).
Each Heroic dungeon mode requires a special heroic key to open it. Below you can see the requirements to enter Hellfire Ramparts Heroic Dungeon.
Required Level: 70.
The Heroic Key: Flamewrought Key
To enter Heroic Dungeon mode, you’ll need to be level 70, and must obtain the Heroic key. For Hellfire Citadel, once a player reaches Revered with Honor Hold/Thrallmar, they can purchase the Heroic Key: Flamewrought Key from the Reputation Quartermaster. The Blood Furnace is one of the three instances in Hellfire Citadel of Hellfire Peninsula. There are three boss encounters: The Maker, Broggok & Keli’dan the Breaker, the recommended levels for Normal Difficulty are 59-68, and the associated factions are Honor Hold/Thrallmar.

As for the Attunement, your character needs to be at least level 58 to enter Normal Blood Furnace (if you find the way to get there on level 55, you can enter it as well, but you will give no use to the party).

There are four boss encounters: Grand Warlock Nethekurse, Blood Guard Porung (Heroic only), Warbringer O’mrogg & Warchief Kargath Bladefist, the recommended level for Normal Difficulty is 70, and the associated factions are Honor Hold/Thrallmar.

You will find the entrance to Shattered Halls in Hellfire Citadel which is in the centre out of the other three dungeons there. As for the Attunement, your character needs to be at least level 58 to enter Normal Shattered Halls (if you find the way to get there on level 55, you can enter it as well, but you will give no use to the party).

Required Level: 70.
The Heroic Key: Shattered Halls Key
Only one person in your group needs the Shattered Halls Key to open the gate in front of The Shattered Halls. A level 70 Rogue with 350 lockpicking can also open the gate. Below details on how to acquire the Heroic Key to The Shattered Halls: Shattered Halls Key.
1. Smith Gorlunk in Shadowmoon Valley
Kill Smith Gorlunk and loot Primed Key Mold off his corpse, accepting the first Quest in the chain, either Entry Into the Citadel or Entry Into the Citadel, depending on your faction. Turn that quest in either Honor Hold or Thrallmar. Pick up the follow ups, Grand Master Dumphry, and then Grand Master Dumphry or Grand Master Rohok, and then Rohok’s Request.
2. Turn in Materials
You’ll need 4 Fel Iron Bar, 2 Arcane Dust, and 4 Mote of Fire to turn in to either Dumphry or Rohok. Once that is completed, pick up the last quest in the chain, Hotter than Hell which requires you to form a group and kill a Fel Reaver roaming around Hellfire Peninsula!
3. Kill a Fel Reaver
Kill a Fel Reaver and use the corpse to turn Unfired Key Mold into Charred Key Mold. Return the Charred Key Mold to either Dumphry or Rohok and obtain Shattered Halls Key!
You might also need Flamewrought Key that is needed for every heroic dungeon in Hellfire Citadel obtainable after a player reaches Revered with Honor Hold/Thrallmar from the Quartermaster.
