There are four best tier 2 decks in League of Runeterra. Most of them are pretty expensive and hard to collect. That’s why we included one bonus budget deck in the end.
Rising Tides new discovery are Scouts! It’s very similar to Midrange Bannerman with Garen and Fiora combo from the tier 1 decks. But takes advantage of fast levelling Quinn and Miss Fortune with the multiple attacks from Scouts. The main task here is to save Miss Fortune and play with front-lane cards to protect the champion.
Sea Monsters deck consists of cards from two regions. The first one is Shadow Isles and the second one is new Bilgewater. The combination of cards is grounded on a ton of huge creatures. The main tactics here is to wait for the proper moment to strike aggressively and hard. But don’t use all of the most powerful cards at the start.
This is a late game deck. You will have a lot of opportunities to slow down the match due to control cards. Besides, you will have a chance to show your best and win late game thanks to healing. Against extremely aggressive decks, keeping cards like Vile Feast, Make it Rain, and Hapless Aristocrat will make minimizing early damage a breeze.
It is very hard to clear. Moreover, it is fairly fast and has massive end-game components. Tryndamere is sticky, Thresh has massive Challenge value, and They Who Endure is monstrous if you play it mid to late. It’s also a deck that can survive board clear fairly well, thanks to Aristocrat, and Vile Feast.
Runeterra is a free to play game, so by budget we mean in game currency. As i any collectible cards game Legends of Runeterra has easy to get and hard to get cards. That’s why not all the decks that we described will be quickly accessible to you. Below you can see the most effective low budget LOR deck.
This budget Elites deck simply utilises many of Demacia’s brilliant Elite followers. Considering Demacia’s relatively slow pace, this deck can allow you to flood the board fairly quickly.
