So it is the first day of BlizzConline 2021 and we are ready to share with you hot details about what’s coming next from Blizzard entertainment. We will cover such games as World of Warcraft Shadowlands and Classic, Hearthstone, Diablo universe and Overwatch.
So there is good news for both Shadowlands fans and Classic players. First of all, let’s talk about Shadowlands. WoW is ready for the first addon in Shadowlands expansion, which is called Chains of Domination. The Judge is ready to open up the Maw and release all his power, be ready for the long fight with Sylvanas and corrupted Anduin.
WoW Burning Crusade Classic Phases and Features
As for World of Warcraft Classic, it is true WoW Burning Crusade is coming back. Now you can remember all the feelings you had when you crossed the portal to Outland once more. Moreover, you can choose the way your character plays next. If you want to play Burning Crusade classic you can transfer your current classic champion but that cannot be changed. Also, you can stay in Classic forever with that champion. There is only one choice per one champion, so be careful.
There are so many changes and additions to Hearthstone this year. First of all, you can expect new cards, decks and expansion called Forged in the Barrens. The other great thing is that you will be able to play the Hearthstone Classic version really soon. That’s the special mode where you will see the game just as it was when released, those decks and cards and experience.
The Year of the Griffin is the new era in Hearthstone bringing new dragon cards like Ysera the Dreamer, Malegos the Spellweaver and Deathwing the Destroyer. Diablo universe has a lot of announcements. First of all, Diablo IV has unveiled the next class in D4, which is going to be Rogue. It is a mobile character with lots of traps, ranged attacks and tricks. We will add it to our Diablo IV Classes post with more details. Also, you will see some details about the PvP in Diablo IV soon.
Diablo Immortal is coming to its final stage. There is no exact release date for now, but we are sure that it’s not long waiting until the open beta testing. Fingers crossed.
The most exciting thing of all is the release of Diablo II Resurrected. It is something more than just a rework. You will see brand new graphics with all mechanics of Diablo II. A New 3D view with the ability to switch to a 2D view is a great step forward that actually resurrects the whole Diablo 2. The game will be available on PCs and consoles with cross-platform progression, which is just incredible. We will give more details in this post.
Unfortunately, Overwatch 2 is not releasing just yet, but Blizzard is really working hard to bring the best version of the favourite game to its players. New co-op features with talent trees progression and more are awaiting the players.
Meanwhile, Overwatch is getting three new maps and a brand new champion.
