Two games are coming soon to be free: Amnesia: The Dark Descent and Crashlands.

Amnesia: The Dark Descent Description

Amnesia: The Dark Descent is an indie game developed and published by Frictional Games. This one is pretty old as its release date was ten years ago (Sep 8, 2010). Nevertheless, horror lovers will enjoy playing it. Besides, there is going to be the second part Amnesia: Rebirth. It is announced to be released Autumn 2020. So you have some time to get familiar with the game.

So Amnesia is a first-person horror survival with a terrifying atmosphere. Your task in the game is to navigate Brennenburg Castle. But you will see a lot of danger on your way and will need to solve physics-based puzzles. Along with the health bar, your character has the sanity bar. You need to keep your mind clear. There are several mechanics that can cause fear, such as fear of darkness. You will need to find the wait to calm down and continue your way. On the other had low sanity can cause hallucinations and attract monsters. So you’ll have to find a source of light to feel safe. As your character has nothing to fight monsters with your task is to avoid them or run away.

Crashlands Description

I played Crashlands when it came out. It was in 2016 and I loved the game. It will be very interesting to see how the game changed since then. So Crashlands is an action survival with RPG elements. I would also add that it is a crafting survival. You will play for an alien that crashed on this land and now has to survival and fix its spaceship.

There are a lot of different crafting elements including furniture, buildings and weapons. The most interesting thing is exploration and fighting. There you’ll meet a lot of monsters and bosses. Crashlands is very colourful interesting and even relaxing game. It certainly deserves all the awards it has. And they have many from the best action game to Apple editor’s choice.
