Lisa can be a good sub DPS for Cryo or character that use physical damage as main, like Eula. Together they activate Superconduct that decreases enemies’ physical damage armour. Electro resonance and Cryo Resonance will make this combination even more powerful. Fischl is one of the best options, but you can also use Beidou. Diona is a perfect support for such a team that heals and shields.
Good characters for this comp: Raiden Shogun, Beidou, Chongyun, Mona, Xingqiu, Sucrose, Venti, Zhongli, Bennett.

Main DPS Lisa is not very popular, but if you want to try it out you can take Xingqiu as a sub-dps. His elemental Burst will apply Hydro to enemies while Lisa uses auto attacks and activates damaging reactions. Also, Xingqiu will provide additional healing. Sucrose will spread reactions among others and Zhongli has strong shields and damaging Elemental Burst.

Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to deal Electro DMG after a short casting time.
Plunging Attack: Gathering the might of Electro, Lisa plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all opponents in her path. Deals AoE Electro DMG upon impact with the ground.
Violet Arc
Elemental Skill
Channels the power of lightning to sweep bothersome matters away.
Press: Releases a homing Lightning Orb. On hit, it deals Electro DMG, and applies a stack of the Conductive status (max 3 stacks) to opponents in a small AoE.
Hold: After an extended casting time, calls down lightning from the heavens, dealing massive Electro DMG to all nearby opponents.Deals great amounts of extra damage to opponents based on the number of Conductive stacks applied to them, and clears their Conductive status.
Lightning Rose
Elemental Burst
Summons a Lightning Rose that unleashes powerful lightning bolts, launching surrounding opponents and dealing Electro DMG.
The Lightning Rose will continuously emit lightning to knock back opponents and deal Electro DMG throughout the ability’s duration.
Induced Aftershock
1st Ascension Passive
Hits by Charged Attacks apply Violet Arc’s Conductive status to opponents.
Static Electricity Field
4th Ascension Passive
Opponents hit by Lightning Rose have their DEF decreased by 15% for 10s.

When Lisa crafts a potion, she has a 20% chance to refund one count of one material out of all the crafting materials used.

In Genshin Impact characters have a specific upgrade system called constellation. You will need to get a specific item called Stella Fortuna to increase the level of constellation. Each character has their own version of Stella Fortuna, which you get by obtaining a duplicate of the character from Wishes.
Level 1
Infinite Circuit
Lisa regenerates 2 Energy for every opponent hit while holding Violet Arc.
A maximum of 10 Energy can be regenerated in this manner at any one time.
Level 2
Electromagnetic Field
Holding Violet Arc has the following effects:
Increases DEF by 25%.
Increases Lisa’s resistance to interruption.
Level 3
Resonant Thunder
Increases the Level of Lightning Rose by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Level 4
Plasma Eruption
Increases the number of lightning bolts released by Lightning Rose by 1-3.
Level 5
Electrocute
Increases the Level of Violet Arc by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Level 6
Pulsating Witch
When Lisa takes the field, she applies 3 stacks of Violet Arc’s Conductive status onto nearby opponents.
This effect can only occur once every 5s.

In addition, there are ascension phases that increase the level cap for your character. After Lisa reaches the 20th level she can be ascended to the next ascension phase, up to phase 6, which allow getting 90th level.
