Traveler is the only character in Genshin Impact who can change elemental powers. Anemo Traveler is a great and free source of Anemo resistance shred to support Xiao and providing Ameno particles to batter him. In addition, together they activate Anemo resonance. In such a composition, Xiao will be the main DPS. Zhongli will be sub DPS and the source of shields and Bennett will activate Pyro reactions for Swirl and heal the team.

Foreign Ironwind
Normal Attack
Normal Attack: Perform up to 5 rapid strikes.
Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash 2 rapid sword strikes.
Plunging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Palm Vortex
Elemental Skill
Grasping the wind’s might, you form a vortex of vacuum in your palm, causing continuous Anemo DMG to opponents in front of you. The vacuum vortex explodes when the skill duration ends, causing a greater amount of Anemo DMG over a larger area.
Hold: DMG and AoE will gradually increase.
Elemental Absorption: If the vortex comes into contact with Hydro/Pyro/Cryo/Electro, it will deal additional elemental DMG of that type.
Elemental Absorption may only occur once per use.
Gust Surge
Elemental Burst
Guiding the path of the wind currents, you summon a forward-moving tornado that pulls objects and opponents towards itself, dealing continuous Anemo DMG.
Elemental Absorption: If the tornado comes into contact with Hydro/Pyro/Cryo/Electro, it will deal additional elemental DMG of that type.
Elemental Absorption may only occur once per use.
Slitting Wind
1st Ascension Passive
The last hit of a Normal Attack combo unleashes a wind blade, dealing 60% of ATK as Anemo DMG to all opponents in its path.
Second Wind
4th Ascension Passive
Palm Vortex kills regenerate 2% HP for 5s. This effect can only occur once every 5s.
Every talent can be upgraded up to level 15. But to do so you will need to gather materials on particular days. The list of the needed materials for leveling Traveler’s talents is mentioned in the next block.

Some of them are required at the beginning for low levels and others are more advanced. We just wanted to focus your attention on material types in general.
Other characters in Genshin Impact have a different system of constellation upgrade as you can get them from wishes. Traveler is a free character that you start the game with and you don’t get any upgrades from wishes, so there is another constellation system. You will need to obtain Memory of Roving Gales a Constellation Activation Material item used to unlock Constellations for the Traveler when aligned with the Anemo element. You will get all six of them during the campaign:

Increases Energy Recharge by 16%.

Sweeping Gust
Increases the Level of Gust Surge by 3.

Cherishing Breezes
Reduces DMG taken while casting Palm Vortex by 10%.
Level 5
Vortex Stellaris
Increases the Level of Palm Vortex by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

Intertwined Winds
Targets who take DMG from Gust Surge have their Anemo RES decreased by 20%.
If an Elemental Absorption occurred, then their RES towards the corresponding Element is also decreased by 20%.

In addition, there are ascension phases that increase the level cap for your character. After Traveler reaches the 20th level he/she can be ascended to the next ascension phase, up to phase 6, which allow getting 90th level. You can obtain Brilliant Diamond Sliver, Brilliant Diamond Fragment, Brilliant Diamond Chunk and Brilliant Diamond Gemstone as the reward by reaching a certain Adventure Rank at Adventure guild.
