Things to do Before Shadowlands Release

We are all in anticipation of the new WoW expansion release. But keep in mind that some content will no longer be available with the release of Shadowlands. That is why we wrote this post to tell you what to do while you still have the opportunity.

What will be removed in 9.0 Pre-Patch?

The 9.0 Pre-Patch is going to be added soon. As there are two months left until Shadowlands release on 27th October. Pre-patch usually comes out in 1-2 months before an expansion, so focus on doing the list of task below asap.

In addition, Blizzard has activated the impressive influence 100% bonus reputation buff. Which will be active from 1st September till 30th September. The best chance to get what you want! All the details about the buff you can read here.

Achievements

There are several achievements that will disappear in the 9.0 pre-patch.

• Ahead of the Curve: N’Zoth the Corruptor
• Cutting Edge: N’Zoth the Corruptor

Both of them are about killing N’Zoth the Corruptor in Ny’alotha, the Waking City but on different difficulties (mythic and heroic). If you do it on heroic you get both.

• Mad World (Complete all objectives in the Horrific Visions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar in a single visit while not in a party and with all 5 Faceless Masks active)
• Hertz Locker (Within a single lockout, defeat all bosses in Operation: Mechagon and prevent the destruction of all non-robotic life on Azeroth without any player dying on Mythic difficulty)

Sets

You will also lose the opportunity to receive BFA Season 4 PvP Elite Sets. So hurry up, there is not much time. Let us remind you how many points you need to collect to get a set.

• Combatant (1400 – 1599): wrist and waist
• Challenger (1600 – 1799): hands, legs, feet
• Rival (1800 – 2099): head, shoulder, chest
• Duelist (2100 – 2399): cloak
• Elite (2400+): tabard

As usual there are four types of armour: cloth, leather, mail and plate. They have two different colors for horde and alliance, but models are the same.

Mounts

Don’t miss a chance to obtain the following mounts:

• Bruce (complete Solving the Mystery quest)
• Awakened Mindborer (Complete all Battle for Azeroth Season Four dungeons at Mythic Level 15 or higher, within the time limit)
• Reins of the Mighty Caravan Brutosaur (by for 5,000,000 gold, after Shadowlands will be available only on dark market auction)

Titles

• the Awakened (Complete all Battle for Azeroth Season Four dungeons at Mythic Level 10 or higher, within the time limit)
• the Faceless One

That’s the list of all the content that will be removed in 9.0 pre-patch that will be released probably in 1 month before Shadowlands launch.

Actually that’s it. All other pieces content will be obtainable, but it might get harder to get as Reins of the Mighty Caravan Brutosaur or like Warcampain as it might become more difficult to find a group. So it is better to get all the content you want now before 9.0 pre-patch comes out.
