There are four reputations that you can farm in raids in WoW Burning Crusade Classic. Not all of them will be opened at once as the whole content of TBC is divided into 5 phases. Below you can see what the first TBC classic phase includes:

All healers except Discipline Priests are good in all PvE situations. But if we need to name the best one is Restoration Shaman. It is better to choose Shamans and Priests for raids as Druids and Paladins are primarily tanks.

Similar to healers, all tank specs are great throughout the expansion. Warriors are better at the start, but Paladins and Druids are great and can be even better in particular cases. As for Paladins, they are the best for AoE tanking.
