Netherwing is a Neutral faction in The Burning Crusade with mounts as rewards. The Netherwing is a faction of dragons who were created when Black Dragonflight eggs were infused with raw nether-energies. These dragons do not identify with the Black Dragonflight and have formed their own faction. They can be found at Netherwing Ledge in the southernmost part of Shadowmoon Valley.

Every reputation in WoW TBC Classic is worth farming as every faction gives special rewards for becoming Revered or Exalted with them. Below you can see the table with standings explanations.

While the Netherwing does not necessarily have a quartermaster, Drake Dealer Hurlunk sells the Netherwing Drake mounts. They can be found at the Dragonmaw Base Camp in Shadowmoon Valley. Notable rewards include your choice of one of six Netherwing Drake mounts for free when you reach Exalted. The other five mounts are also available for purchase.

• Reins of the Onyx Netherwing Drake
• Reins of the Azure Netherwing Drake
• Reins of the Cobalt Netherwing Drake
• Reins of the Purple Netherwing Drake
• Reins of the Veridian Netherwing Drake
• Reins of the Violet Netherwing Drake

How to gain reputation with Netherwing faction?

The majority of Netherwing reputation is earned by completing a fairly long and involved series of daily quests and collecting Netherwing Egg for turn-in.

Quests are the only method to gain reputation with the Netherwing faction. As your standing increases, more quests and daily quests become available.

To gain access to the Netherwing faction, players must reach level 70 and have Expert Flying (60% speed). However, Artisan Flying (280% speed) will be required to proceed beyond Neutral standing.

Hated to Neutral

• Pick up the quest from Mordenai and complete the questline. Mordenai can be found patrolling east of the Sanctum of the Stars. If he is fighting, he will not offer the quest. Once his fight is over the quest can be acquired.

Neutral to Friendly

• Complete offered daily quests
• Find and turn in Netherwing Egg

Friendly to Honored

• Complete offered daily quests
• Find and turn in Netherwing Egg

Honored to Revered

• Complete offered daily quests

• Acquiring this reputation requires at least Riding.
