Valorant is a new tactical shooter from Riot Games, in which you play in teams of 5 vs. 5 players. Recently closed beta testing and the official release of the game is scheduled for June 2. Now everyone will be able to enjoy the new game, and so we decided to share with you the most basic tips on how to start playing better in Valorant. Thus, from our post, you will learn Valorant boosting tips and tricks.
Explore the abilities of all agents
In general, Valorant is very similar to Counter-Strike. But Riot decided to add new features to the game. Thus, all agents in the game have a number of unique abilities. There are 10 agents in the game now, each of them has 4 abilities. Each of them is unique and useful. We will write a separate guide about them.
Knowing all 40 abilities will help you play better with any agent as well as improve your general awareness of the game. Thus, enemies will not be able to catch you by surprise. In addition, you can learn Valorant maps layouts to get your positioning better.
Customize your crosshair
Despite the fact that players have abilities, the basis of the game is your ability to hit opponents. Since you will need to not only hit the target but ideally hit it in the head, the crosshair plays a very important role. In Valorant, it is possible to customize it in any shape, colour or size. So we highly recommend you spend some time to make the one that will work for you.
Learn recoil and spray patterns
Every weapon in Valorant has its own play-style. Thus, you cannot buy any expensive weapon and win just because of that. Your task is to learn to play it effectively. After some time weapons become inaccurate and spray bullets. So to headshot, an opponent is a tricky task if you don’t know your weapon stats such as recoil and spray. You can read those in our Valorant weapon tier list. Or you can play a custom game to learn about every weapon more.
Despite these simple tips you can also watch pros streams to see how it should be done. In any case, we wish you luck in your future fights!
