Draped Prism Shawl
Tricks of the Trade grants you and the target 15% dodge for 5 sec.
Outlaw: Targets within 8 yd of your Grappling Hook destination suffer an additional 400% damage from your next finishing move.
Assassination, Subtlety: Targets within 8 yd of your Shadowstep destination suffer an additional 400% damage from your next finishing move.
Flowing Potential Wraps
Outlaw, Subtlety: Combo point generating abilities have a 33% chance to store a combo point. During [Adrenaline Rush][Shadow Blades], your finishing moves refund up to 5 Combo Points.
Assassination: Combo point generating abilities have a 33% chance to store a combo point. For 20 sec after activating Vendetta, your finishing moves refund up to 5 Combo Points.
Your single-target Combo Point generators deal an additional 20% Nature damage to all nearby targets for each Combo Point you have.
Vanish reduces the remaining cooldown of your other abilities by 15 sec.
Jack of All Trades
You gain Adrenaline Rush, Vendetta, and Shadow Blades when any are activated.
The Last Blade
Outlaw: Dispatch deals an additional 25% damage.
Assassination: Envenom deals an additional 25% damage.
Subtlety: Eviscerate deals an additional 25% damage.
Targets deal 10% reduced damage for 5 seconds after recovering from your crowd control abilities.
Your damage is increased by 10% for each target within 30 yds disabled by your full loss of control abilities.
Organized Vial Satchel
Crimson Vial’s cooldown reduced by [abs(5)] sec.
Pouch of Soul-Ash
Killing an enemy reduces the remaining cooldown of Vanish by 5 sec.
Crimson Vial grants Evasion, Cloak of Shadows, or Feint for 4 sec.
Your Lethal Poison now also applies Red Ink poison, causing the target to take 30% additional damage from your poisons and bleeds, and suffer [(6.3% of Attack power) * 12 / 2] Nature damage over 12 sec.
Restless Onyx Geodes
Outlaw: Grappling Hook causes you to gain 3 sec of Cloak of Shadows, Evasion, Feint, or Crimson Vial.
Assassination, Subtlety, Initial: Shadowstep causes you to gain 3 sec of Cloak of Shadows, Evasion, Feint, or Crimson Vial.
Assassination, Outlaw, Initial: Ambush applies a 1 combo point Rupture.
Subtlety: Shadowstrike applies a 1 combo point Rupture.
Scroll of Forewarning
Duration of Evasion, Feint, Cloak of Shadows, and Vanish increased by 1 sec.
Combo Point generating abilities now also deal an additional 3% damage to nearby targets for each Combo Point you currently have.
Dodging attacks extends the duration of Evasion by 1 sec, up to an additional 10 sec.
Entering Stealth heals you for 5% of your maximum health. Leaving Stealth increases your damage by 5% for 3 sec.
Outlaw: The cooldown of Grappling Hook is reduced by 5 sec and it generates 1 combo point.
Assassination, Subtlety: The cooldown of Shadowstep is reduced by 5 sec and it generates 1 combo point.
You are immune to movement impairing effects, and your movement speed is increased by 15%.
Your Blinded and Sapped targets suffer 50% of the damage you deal to other targets without being broken out of Sap or Blind.
Thistler Ashen Phylacteries have a chance to drop Thistle Tea, which can be consumed to restore 100 Energy.
Tiny Toxic Blade
Shiv causes your Poisons and Bleeds on the target to spread to a nearby enemy.
Unceasing Chain Link
Finishing Moves increase the damage of your next combo point generator by 100%.
Vanish causes targets within 8 yds to suffer the remaining damage of your poisons and bleeds, and increases your Agility by 1% for 30 sec, for each consumed.
Vial of Unseen Poison
Your instant-damage finishing moves deal an additional 15% as Nature damage when behind targets.

You can pick two of such talents in a row. Even if you have one of them, you can take another one.
Outlaw: Gain the Weaponmaster talent.
Assassination: Gain the Master Poisoner talent.
Outlaw: Gain the Acrobatic Strikes talent.

Rogue Covenant Anima Powers
To get these Covenant Anima Powers you need to choose to ally with one of the covenants below.
Reduce the cooldown of Echoing Reprimand by 10 seconds.
Echoing Reprimand no longer costs energy.
Increase the damage of Echoing Reprimand by 50%.
Damaging finishing moves that consume your Animacharged combo point function as if you consumed 20 combo points.
Echoing Reprimand’s cooldown is reset when your Animacharged combo point is consumed.
Increase the duration of Echoing Reprimand by 0%.
Echoing Reprimand grants 2 additional Animacharged combo points.
Echoing Reprimand also decreases the target’s damage by 0% and increases the target’s damage taken by 0%.
Silent Elysian Bell
Echoing Reprimand is free and now restores 100 Energy and 3 additional Combo Points.
Flagellation causes the tormented target to be lashed 2 additional time every 1 sec.
Outlaw: Grappling Hook increases the damage of Flagellation by 0% and allows its use without Stealth for 3 sec.
Assassination, Subtlety, Initial: Shadowstep increases the damage of Flagellation by 0% and allows its use without Stealth for 3 sec.
Flagellation now grants you 1% Haste per stack, up to a maximum of 30% Haste.
Increases the duration of Flagellation’s Haste increase by 200%.
Serrated Bone Spike’s bleed damage is increased by 100%, and damages a nearby enemy.
Serrated Bone Spike’s range is increased by 50 yards, and damage increased by up to 500% at maximum range.
Spring-loaded Bone Pouch
Serrated Bone Spike gains 2 charges and refunds 5 charges when an enemy dies with an active bone spike.
Sepsis spreads to up to 3 nearby targets, with each jump increasing the duration by an additional 3 sec.
Boiling Poison Sores
Sepsis deals 15% of the target’s maximum health in Poison damage to up to 3 nearby targets.
Sepsis resets the cooldown of [ Vendetta][ Adrenaline Rush][ Shadow Blades] if the target survives the poison.
